THIS PRESENTATION CONSISTS OF THREE PARTS
-What happened between 2008 and 2030
-How does living in 2030 feel like
-What are the needs (product wise) for people in 2030
WHAT HAPPENED UPTO 2030?
2010
Economy was booming. There are many technological advances and inventions
2015
The economy is even better. In Holland, technology for water control and virtual living was booming.

2024

2026
The world economy collapsed.

                          - Scarce resources and housing crisis
2028
-Mass migration to the South-eastern area of The Netherlands following the flood.
-Scarce resources and housing crisis
2028
DELEGATES FROM ALL COUNTRIES WHERE SENT TO A CRISIS-MEETING.
In the state of global emergency, a temporary world government was the most reasonable (temporary) solution.
It’s purpose; to make sure the handeling of the climate-change was taken care of globally.
2028
A new Global government is installed making sure that there is global well-being
WHAT DOES LIVING IN 2030 FEEL LIKE?
TECHNOLOGIC AND SCIENTIFIC DEVELOPMENT
-Flooded land is used to build windmill parks and Holland becomes a leader in green energy
-Holland can educate/help the rest of world with its decades of water-fighting knowledge and technology
LIVING
People live in shared living situations. Families share houses with other families due to the housing
crisis. Houses are build with recycled products .Only a few original houses are left standing
WORK
Everyone helps to rebuild the economy
People are motivated and paid a citizen salary

People don’t travel to other countries, but through communication and virtual reality they can experience
an illusion of being abroad.
SOCIETY
Big brother feeling
Global community
Control over society to create well-being ( no actions can negatively effect others)
Everyone is aware of big brother (no secrets)

Better well being trough fake realities
Fantasies and dreams can come true without harming anyone else
Privacy
Because of overpopulation
and shared living situations,
privacy becomes a problem
RECYCLING SERVICES
Getting the most out of materials, waste is turned into new products.
Business with great knowledge and technology on how goods can be recycled are much needed.
In the world of scarce resourses, creativity is valued
HOW ARE OUR RELATIONSHIPS TO PRODUCTS
DEPENDENCY CREATES LONG-LASTING RELATIONSHIPS TO PRODUCTS

The scarcity of materials and production makes you treasure and maintain the products you have.
