JOHN BARKER, software engineer (backend)
John is the lead architect behind Groopt’s backend infrastructure. He is constantly researching new and
improved technologies, helping him make the most informed decisions in developing the product. He has
experience creating successful products (7 of them) across multiple technologies, and Groopt is no exception.
John epitomizes the “Get Shit Done” attitude.
JORDAN PEASE, head of product
Jordan currently manages the development of Groopt’s flagship database product. He brings exceptional
management styles to both remote and local software teams, focusing on customer needs assessment to
drive the product. He is often found spending late nights handling quality assurance, pushing the product to
perfection using his obsessive attention to detail.
KURT UDE,software engineer (backend)
Kurt is a versatile engineer that masters everything put in front of him. There is not a bug or problem that can
stump him, and his solutions are elegant and well designed. In many ways Kurt is Groopt’s “jack of all trades,”
but his primary contribution is the top to bottom development of Groopt’s most sophisticated features.
NIK CROSSMAN, director of operations
Nik is the engine that keeps Groopt running. He manages everything operations while also finding time to
handle customer service, account management, sales, and HR. He lives a metrics based lifestyle, measuring
everything he gets his hands on, finding optimizations and efficiencies where none were thought possible. Nik
is up at 5am every morning prepared to tackle any obstacle.
PATRICK ALLEN, ceo
Patrick is Groopt’s key firestarter and hustler. If there is a deal that needs to get done, he’ll close it. His
interpersonal skills have allowed him to build an all-star team of seasoned developers and entrepreneurs,
even when resources were tight. Patrick has spearheaded the growth of the company’s ethos, which breed
pinnacle work product, job satisfaction, and has put Groopt in a position to build a billion dollar business.
GINNY HUNTER, company success
Ginny is the face of Groopt, managing all social media marketing, customer service, account management
and employee experience. Customers often refer to her as a life saver, miracle worker, or blessing, bringing
quick solutions to Groopt’s customers. Her energy and positive nature are a driving force of productivity in the
office.
