Introduction

                                 Our personality starts when we
are born and first get aware of the outside world. Here when we
open our eye, we see the world; our first impression starts here
and we carrying it life long. The process goes on as you go
deeper and deeper into the society, our mentality changes
according to the situation. In these days its very Important to
maintain our personality. In the society , in the family , in the
working place. By developing our personality we can face any
                        situation positively
Importance of personality Development

A person’s personality is defined by their
characteristics, behaviors, thoughts, and feelings. These aspects
start developing during childhood, and are strengthened and
molded as the person grows into adulthood

I. Personality Development Helps You Improve yourself

 No matter how ordinary we think we are, we
can polish our traits and behaviors and shine through. We
can transform our personality into one that makes to proud
     ourselves .
Importance of personality Development

II. Personality Will Help You Build Strong Personal Relationships.

 In family life, how you deal with your
spouse, your parents, or your children also has something
to do with the kind of person you are. Although the love of
a family is unconditional, there are certainly times when
challenges arise, and how you deal with each one affects the
relationship you will have with your family.
Importance of personality Development

III. Your Personality Will Dictate Success in Your Career.
 As you might be well-aware of, emotional
intelligence and personality go hand in hand. This is why
personality development holds a very vital role in a person’s ability to
succeed in whatever career he chooses to take. If you are easily
frustrated, without the capability to handle stress brought about by
work-related events, then it will be easy for you to give up during
difficult times . Nice personality also entails knowing how to relate
with others, knowing how to communicate effectively, and even how
to dress appropriately makes you a professional.
Task-1
Task-I Task.1 Define personality

 personality is the characteristic patterns of
thoughts, feelings and behaviors that make a person
unique. In addition to this, personality arises from within
the individual and remains fairly consistent throughout
  life.

 Personality is displayed in more than just behavior. It can
also be seen in our thoughts, feelings, close relationships
  and other social interactions.

 Personality does not just influence how we move and
respond in our environment; it also causes us to act in
  certain ways.
Task-I Task.2 Define SWOT
 SWOT is an acronym for
Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. By
definition, Strengths and Weaknesses are considered to
be internal factors over which you have some measure
of control. Also, by definition, Opportunities and
Threats are considered to be external factors over
which you have essentially no control.

Task-I

Task.3 Define Perception, Emotional intelligence and its
impact on personal and professional life

impressions into a coherent and unified view of the world
around them. Though necessarily based on incomplete and
unverified information, perception is equated with reality for
most practical purposes and guides human behavior in general

 Emotional intelligence refers to the ability to
perceive, control and evaluate emotions.
     1. Perceiving Emotions
     2. Reasoning With Emotions
     3. Understanding Emotions
     4. Managing Emotions

moods, attitudes, empathy, and motivation. And these
are powerful forces that can result in an individual's
success in relations or social settings
       Impact on professional life
 Self-awareness the ability to read one's emotions and
recognize their impact while using gut feelings to guide
  decisions. Self-management involves controlling one's
emotions and impulses and adapting to changing
circumstances . Social awareness the ability to
sense, understand, and react to others' emotions while
             comprehending social networks
Task- 2
Task-II Task.1
                     Importance of time management

Time management is the act or process of planning and exercising
conscious control over the amount of time spent on specific
activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency or
productivity. Time management may be aided by a range of
skills, tools, and techniques used to manage time when
accomplishing specific tasks, projects and goals complying with a
due date. This set encompasses a wide scope of activities, and these
include planning, allocating, setting goals, delegation, analysis of
time spent, monitoring, organizing, scheduling, and prioritizing.
Initially, time management referred to just business or work

Introduction
Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh alias Osho was
born in 11 December 1931 at Kuchwada Village, Madhya
Pradesh, India. He was an Indian mystic, guru, and spiritual teacher
who garnered an international following. A professor of
philosophy, he travelled throughout India in the 1960s as a public
speaker. His outspoken criticism of socialism, Mahatma Gandhi
and institutionalized religions made him controversial. He began
initiating disciples (known as neo-sannyasins) and took on the role
of a spiritual teacher. In his discourses, he reinterpreted writings of
religious traditions, mystics, and philosophers from around the
world. Moving to
Poona in 1974, he established an ashram that attracted increasing
numbers
of Westerners. His synergetic teachings emphasize the importance
of meditation, awareness, love, celebration, courage, creativity and
humor—qualities that he viewed as being suppressed by adherence
to static belief systems, religious tradition and socialization. Osho's
teachings have had a notable impact on New Age thought and their
popularity has increased markedly since his death.
Family

Chandra Mohan Jain (Osho), the eldest of eleven children of a cloth
merchant, at his maternal grandparents' house in Kuchwada; a small
village in the Raisen district of Madhya Pradesh state in India. His
parents Babulal and Saraswati Jain, who were Taranpanthi Jains, let him
live with his maternal grandparents until he was seven years old. By
Osho's own account, this was a major influence on his development
because his grandmother gave him the utmost freedom, leaving him
carefree without an imposed education or restrictions.[ When he was
seven years old, his grandfather died, and he went to Gadarwara to live
with his parents. Osho was profoundly affected by his grandfather's
death, and again by the death of his childhood girlfriend and cousin
Shashi from typhoid when he was 15, leading to a preoccupation with
death that lasted throughout much of his childhood and youth. In his
school years he was a rebellious, but gifted student, and acquired a
                     reputation as a formidable debater.

  • 19. Introduction Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh alias Osho was born in 11 December 1931 at Kuchwada Village, Madhya Pradesh, India. He was an Indian mystic, guru, and spiritual teacher who garnered an international following. A professor of philosophy, he travelled throughout India in the 1960s as a public speaker. His outspoken criticism of socialism, Mahatma Gandhi and institutionalized religions made him controversial. He began initiating disciples (known as neo-sannyasins) and took on the role of a spiritual teacher. In his discourses, he reinterpreted writings of religious traditions, mystics, and philosophers from around the world. Moving to Poona in 1974, he established an ashram that attracted increasing numbers of Westerners. His synergetic teachings emphasize the importance of meditation, awareness, love, celebration, courage, creativity and humor—qualities that he viewed as being suppressed by adherence to static belief systems, religious tradition and socialization. Osho's teachings have had a notable impact on New Age thought and their popularity has increased markedly since his death.
  • 20. Family Chandra Mohan Jain (Osho), the eldest of eleven children of a cloth merchant, at his maternal grandparents' house in Kuchwada; a small village in the Raisen district of Madhya Pradesh state in India. His parents Babulal and Saraswati Jain, who were Taranpanthi Jains, let him live with his maternal grandparents until he was seven years old. By Osho's own account, this was a major influence on his development because his grandmother gave him the utmost freedom, leaving him carefree without an imposed education or restrictions.[ When he was seven years old, his grandfather died, and he went to Gadarwara to live with his parents. Osho was profoundly affected by his grandfather's death, and again by the death of his childhood girlfriend and cousin Shashi from typhoid when he was 15, leading to a preoccupation with death that lasted throughout much of his childhood and youth. In his school years he was a rebellious, but gifted student, and acquired a reputation as a formidable debater.
