About the Founding Team:
Riddhi J. Chokhawala (Co-founder & Creative
Director)
Riddhi has over 17 years of experience and she
spearheads creative story-telling at educreate
by leveraging her experience as an Architect, as a
Designer and as a Film-maker to create impact & value through films.
At Observer Research Foundation Mumbai, a public-policy think tank, she has
been a Research Fellow and a Creative Communications Expert. She made a
documentary on the Mithi River, ‘Making the Sewer…A River Again’, a film on
‘Farming - The Gandhian Way’ & ‘Music of the Spinning Wheel – Mahatma
Gandhi’s Manifesto for the Internet Age’.
Her architectural thesis ‘Sports Complex at Seawoods’ was nominated for
Charles Correa Gold Medal award in 2005. At Ar. Kamal Malik & Associates,
she worked on architectural projects like Ishanya Mall in Yerwada, Pune and
Guru Nanak Hospital in Bandra, Mumbai.
At Tata Elxsi Visual Computing Labs, she worked on the set-designing of various
commercial films such as One Night with the King (2006), Jodhaa Akbar (2008)
and a Nat-Geo documentary on Mumbai's deluge of 26 July 2005.
Riddhi has worked with the MCGM in creating a mass-awareness anti-malaria
campaign titled, 'Mumbai Against Malaria; Fight the Bite' where she designed
the hoardings, bus-shelter displays, posters and cinema slides along with
awareness booklets in multiple languages, which were distributed across
hospitals and slums as a part of the campaign. She has also made an
awareness film on Dengue.
She has won the Best Film award from Yes Foundation for a film on education
by Mumbai Mobile Crèche for migrant workers children. This award was given
to her by Shri Amitabh Bachchan.
She also holds a design patent for a model making tool.
She has Bachelors in Architecture (B.Arch) from Mumbai University, a Masters
in Industrial Design (M.Des.) from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur & PGD
Film & TV Direction from Asian Academy of Film & Television, Noida.

Anuj Chaudhary (Co-founder, Design Thinker)
Anuj has been working closely in the field of creative visual
communication for over 17 years. At educreate, he brings his
design centric approach to solve communication problems
for clients. He also handles client relationships and business
development.
Before co-founding educreate, he has worked closely with
various teams to design creative solutions for clients like
Unilever, Heinz, General Mills, Pfizer, Future Group, Godrej Properties, Tata
Realty and Infrastructure, etc., at DY Works. He has also designed Wealth
Management modules for one of the most innovative products (Finacle) at
Infosys.
He has experience of developing a thermocol model making tool and
marketing it across India to over 100 plus Educational Institutions such as IISc,
IIT’s, NIT’s, Parsons, Kamla Raheja College of Architecture, etc.,
He has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Communications
Management and Entrepreneurship from Mudra Institute of Communications,
Ahmedabad and B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication from Bharti
Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, Navi Mumbai.
He is an avid reader and looks for opportunity and solutions in every adversity.
His approach to new idea discovery treads back to problem-solution mind-set
and by observing human behaviour.
