The Queue Focus report seeks to provide insight into
queue performance at the individual store level in a

White cells indicate store compliance has been met
Gray cells indicate store compliance was not met during
the measured period for this week
Black cells indicate store compliance was not met during
the measured period for this and the previous three weeks
Troublesome days or quarter-hour periods are highlighted
Bottom of the report summarizes YTD compliance at the
