September 25th, 2004, it collided with a pillar where one
railway staff was killed & three others were injured. Over
the next decade Railways tried but couldn’t develop spare
parts for its safety & even no foreign company showed
any interest to upgrade it. Having no other option left,
finally on October, 2013 Railways had to officially scrap
