This document discusses solutions for addressing regulatory confusion and inequality issues surrounding micromobility in cities. It proposes three solutions: 1) hiring ex-convicts to manage scooter parking and operations to help with reintegration; 2) holding local community events focused on social issues for children and teenagers; 3) creating an exclusive geofenced area in a violent low-income community as a pilot for new approaches. The challenges of building community trust are acknowledged, as well as the need to do more.
