Several major developers have proposed new office developments in the North Loop area of Minneapolis, including United Properties, Schafer Richardson, Hines, Swervo and CPM Cos. These proposed developments range in size from 200,000 to 500,000 square feet, with some planning buildings at vacant lots and parking areas. Now that T3 was recently completed as the first new office building since the Recession, securing a large anchor tenant may allow one of these proposed developments to finally break ground.
