Your transferees
The moving services provided by UniGroup UTS are truly comprehensive. These include profes-
sional disassembly, packing, loading, transportation and shipping. At destination, they include all
customs and import requirements, delivery, unloading, full unpacking and re-assembly.
Our local service provider will also offer additional services, such as full All Risk insurance; third party
services (electrician, plumber, maid service, handyman, etc.); temporary accommodation; furniture
rental; pet transport; vehicle transport, and short- and long-term storage.
Transferees can check the status of their move, trace their shipment and monitor progress, and obtain
any information they require via the internet. To help transferees moving to an unfamiliar destination,
we provide detailed information about everything that a new arrival might need.
Unlike many move managers, we are able to settle most insurance claims ourselves at the point of

accountable and responsible to both you and your transferee, and includes an Operations
Manager and Customer Services Manager.
The team will be responsible for financial and cost management, customer services, performance
monitoring, insurance (including claims handling) and local service supplier management.
The entire system is web-enabled, allowing you and your transferees to access a wealth of infor-
mation about individual moves including surveys and quotes, all other required documentation,
reporting and tracking, quality control/KPIs and extensive country information.

Our Code of Corporate Conduct specifies the principles which are expected, and also shows how
anyone can report any concerns about actual or suspected violations of these principles.
UniGroup UTS chooses to use the principles of the US anti-trust laws, which are designed to ensure
fair competition and preserve the free enterprise system, in its Code of Conduct. Other elements
of the code deal with: behaviour during contract negotiations; political contributions; public
tendering and government contracts; professional accounting; environmental laws and regulations;
tax compliance; conflicts of interest; copyright, trademark and licensing compliance; proprietary and
confidential information, and government investigations and media enquiries.
