• 미국 스타트업, 하이테크 지향 아니더라!
(일부 있기는 했지만 대부분은 생활 속의 니즈 해결에 집중)
• 테크크런치 출품작들 중 50% 정도는 완성도가 낮은, 또는 프로토타입 수준의 상품도
많았다.(주관)
한국의 스타트업이 지향하는 완성도보다는 낮아 보였다.
그러나 리스크 관리라는 면에서는 미국 참고할 필요 있다.
• 우버의 광팬이 되다!
(우버만 6번 20만원 지출, 우버 없으니 두려움까지!
단, 이곳도 택시 기사의 거부감, 불법체류자들 가세 문제)

• 로켓스페이스와 같은 캠퍼스에 입주해있으면 미국 네트워크 금방 넓어질 듯 (단, 영어가 문제)
• 이곳 VC들도 한국과 동일 (단, 자금운용기간 10-12년)
• 배틀필드에 출전하는 스타트업, 그리고 현지 IT리더들이 선정하는 파이널 업체들을 보니 이들이 지
향하는 바를 알 수 있다.
• 에어비앤비, 틴더, 세일즈포스닷컴 등의 유명 IT기업 임직원의 생생한 이야기 들을 수 있다.
• 매년 참관할만한 행사라는 생각!

• 미국 진출 희망시 코트라 사무소 추천(3-4인 사무실 월 300달러)
단, 이곳에 오래 있으면 한국기업으로 제한적일 수 있음.
미국 적응기에만 잠시 있고, 미국 현지 엑셀러레이터, 인큐베이터 입주 추천.
• 한국인으로만 구성되면 미국 직원 구하기도 어렵다(비손 류대표님)
