Every new life begins at conception. This

is an irrefutable fact of biology. And

supported by the scriptures.

Definition: “SEED”
A. Offspring, descendants, posterity, children
These definitions of the word “seed” are not exclusive to men.

Genesis 3:15 And I will put enmity
between thee and the woman, and
between thy seed and her seed; it
shall bruise thy head, and thou
shalt bruise his heel.
Notice that one of the first
references to “seed” is made by
God to the Woman Eve not Adam.
In this prophetic statement the
words “it” and “his” refer to Jesus.
So then Jesus is prophesied to be
the “seed” of Eve.

Genesis 4:25 And Adam knew
his wife again; and she bare a
son, and called his name Seth:
For God, said she, hath
appointed me another “seed”
instead of Abel, whom Cain
slew.
Eve certainly did not conceive
Able and Seth by her self.
Conception is a joint effort;
therefore the “seed” was both
Adam’s an Eve’s.

Genesis 16:10. And the angel of the Lord said unto
her (Hagar), I will multiply thy “seed” exceedingly,
that it shall not be numbered for multitude.
11. And the angel of the Lord said unto her,
Behold, thou art with child and shalt bear a son, and
shalt call his name Ishmael; because the Lord hath
heard thy affliction.
Genesis 17:20 And as for Ishmael, I have heard thee:
Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him
fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; twelve
princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great
nation
Hagar certainly did not conceive Ishmael by her
self. Conception is a joint effort; therefore the seed
was both Abraham’s and Hagar’s.

Genesis 24:60.
And they blessed Rebekah,
and said unto her, Thou art
our sister, be thou the mother
of thousands of millions, and
let thy “seed” possess the gate
of those which hate them.

Leviticus 12: 2. Speak unto the
children of Israel, saying, If a woman
have conceived “seed”, and born a man
child: then she shall be unclean seven
days; according to the days of the
separation for her infirmity shall she
be unclean.
Number 5:28 And if the woman be not
defiled, but be clean; then she shall be
free, and shall conceive “seed”.

Seed in the New Testament Greek is called spermatozoon which can also
mean semen. Therefore seed in the New Testament is not applied to women
by some persons. However it can also mean children (7), *conceive* (1),
descendant (4), descendants (16), posterity just as in the Hebrew. We
must remember that the Jews spoke Hebrew and Greek.

Therefore the Hebrew meaning of the word would not have
been discarded, so even in the New Testament it would have
been understood what seed meant namely: child, 1; children, 3;
descendant, 3; descendants, 105; descent, 1; family, line, 1;
nation, 1; offspring, posterity, 1; race, son.

So when a woman has a “seed” in Bible it
considered as her having a fertilised egg or
conceiving or being pregnant , in biology we
call this state fertilization or the Zygote.

that every species reproduces after its own kind – we can draw only one conclusion in

The Pros and Cons of Abortion

Notwithstanding the many reasons given for the support of
abortion for example, rape, incest etc,.We must remember that
“Human life, which God alone could give, must be sacredly
guarded.” We know not what benefit that child can offer to
humanity, each one of us were distinctly weaved together in the
womb of our mother by hands of God and no two persons are
created alike . It would be better to have that child given to family
that you know would take care of it.Human life belongs to God;
thus, no person is at liberty to take human life at any stages of
life, from conception until death.

(3) “But we must
provide for the
protection of the
mother’s life,” argue
the abortionists.
But is this a valid
issue?

Consider these words by the former Surgeon-General of the U.S., Dr. C. Everett Koop:
“Protection of the life of the mother as an excuse for an abortion is a smoke screen. In my 36
years of pediatric surgery, I have never known of one instance where the child had to be aborted
to save the mother’s life. If toward the end of the pregnancy complications arise that threaten the
mother’s health, the doctor will either induce labor or perform a Caesarian section. His intention
is to save the life of both the mother and the baby. The baby’s life is never willfully destroyed
because the mother’s life is in danger.”

WHAT IS A HOMOCIDE ?
Homicide is the act of one human killing another. A homicide requires only a volitional
act by another person that results in death, and thus a homicide may result from accidental,
reckless, or negligent acts even if there is no intent to cause harm.

Why Is murder of a
pregnant woman double
homicide?
The Unborn Victims of Violence Act,
passed in 2004, deﬁnes a fetus as a "child
in uterus" and a person as being a legal
crime victim "if a fetal injury or death
occurs during the commission of a federal
violent crime." In the U.S., 38 states have
laws with more harsh penalties if the
victim is murdered while pregnant.

When a man kills a woman while she is pregnant it’s considered a double
homocide but when a woman does it to her unborn child , it’s called an abortion
which is just a nicer way of saying she murdered her unborn child.

STAGES OF THE FETAL DEVELOPMENT

*Month one – Baby’s face is partially formed.At this point the baby is developing the structures that
will eventually form his face and neck. The heart and blood vessels continue to develop. And the
lungs, stomach, and liver start to develop. A home pregnancy test would show positive.
*Month two – The neural tube (brain, spinal cord and other neural tissue of the central nervous
system) is well formed. At about six weeks, the baby’s heart beat can be detected.

* Month three – The baby’s arms, hands, fingers, feet and toes are fully formed. The baby can open
and close his/her fists and mouth. Fingernails and toenails are beginning to develop and the external
ears are formed. The baby is fully formed. All the organs and extremities are present and will
continue to mature in order to become functional.
* Month four – The fingers and toes are well-defined. Eyelids, eyebrows, eyelashes, nails and hair are
formed. The baby can even suck his or her thumb, yawn, stretch and make faces.

* Month five – The baby’s hair begins to grow on his or her head.
* Month six – Baby’s finger and toe prints are visible. The eyelids begin to part and the eyes open.
Baby responds to sounds by moving or increasing the pulse. If born prematurely, the baby may
survive after the 23rd week with intensive care. 
 

* Month seven – Baby’s hearing is fully developed. He or she changes position frequently and
responds to stimuli, including sound, pain and light.
Month eight – Baby’s brain is developing rapidly at this time and the baby can see and hear. Most
internal systems are well developed but the lungs may still be immature
Month nine – the baby’s reflexes are coordinated so he or she can blink, close the eyes, turn the
head, grasp firmly and respond to sounds, light and touch.
