3. Every new life begins at conception. This
is an irrefutable fact of biology. And
supported by the scriptures.
4. “.For You formed my inward parts; You
covered me in my mother’s womb. I will
praise You, for I am fearfully and
wonderfully made; marvelous are Your
works and that my soul knows well. My
frame was not hidden from You, when I
was made in secret, and skillfully wrought
in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes
saw my substance, being yet unformed,
and in Your book they all were written, the
days fashioned for me, when as yet there
were none of them”
{ Psalm 139:13-16, NKJV}
5. “Before I formed you in the womb I knew
you, before you were born I set you apart; I
appointed you as a prophet to the nations”
{ Jeremiah 1:5, NIV}
“Thus says the LORD, your Redeemer, and
the One who formed you from the womb,
‘I, the LORD, am the maker of all things,
stretching out the heavens by Myself, and
spreading out the earth all alone . . .”
{ Isaiah 44:24, NASV}
“But now, O LORD, Thou art our Father,
we are the clay, and Thou our potter; and
all of us are the work of Thy hand”
{Isaiah 64:8, NASV}
6. The Old Testament Hebrew Lexicon
KJV (229) - carnally, 1; carnally + (07902), 2; child, 2; fruitful, 1; seed, 221; seedtime, 1; sowing time, 1;
NAS (223) - carnally, 1; child, 1; children, 3; descendant, 3; descendants, 105; descent, 1; family, 6; fertile,
1; grain, 3; intercourse, 2; line, 1; nation, 1; offspring, 38; offspring's offspring, 1; origin, 1; posterity, 1;

Definition: “SEED”
A. Offspring, descendants, posterity, children
These definitions of the word “seed” are not exclusive to men.
7. Genesis 3:15 And I will put enmity
between thee and the woman, and
between thy seed and her seed; it
shall bruise thy head, and thou
shalt bruise his heel.
Notice that one of the first
references to “seed” is made by
God to the Woman Eve not Adam.
In this prophetic statement the
words “it” and “his” refer to Jesus.
So then Jesus is prophesied to be
the “seed” of Eve.
8. Genesis 4:25 And Adam knew
his wife again; and she bare a
son, and called his name Seth:
For God, said she, hath
appointed me another “seed”
instead of Abel, whom Cain
slew.
Eve certainly did not conceive
Able and Seth by her self.
Conception is a joint effort;
therefore the “seed” was both
Adam’s an Eve’s.
9. Genesis 16:10. And the angel of the Lord said unto
her (Hagar), I will multiply thy “seed” exceedingly,
that it shall not be numbered for multitude.
11. And the angel of the Lord said unto her,
Behold, thou art with child and shalt bear a son, and
shalt call his name Ishmael; because the Lord hath
heard thy affliction.
Genesis 17:20 And as for Ishmael, I have heard thee:
Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him
fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; twelve
princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great
nation
Hagar certainly did not conceive Ishmael by her
self. Conception is a joint effort; therefore the seed
was both Abraham’s and Hagar’s.
10. Genesis 24:60.
And they blessed Rebekah,
and said unto her, Thou art
our sister, be thou the mother
of thousands of millions, and
let thy “seed” possess the gate
of those which hate them.
11. Leviticus 12: 2. Speak unto the
children of Israel, saying, If a woman
have conceived “seed”, and born a man
child: then she shall be unclean seven
days; according to the days of the
separation for her infirmity shall she
be unclean.
Number 5:28 And if the woman be not
defiled, but be clean; then she shall be
free, and shall conceive “seed”.
12. Seed in the New Testament Greek is called spermatozoon which can also
mean semen. Therefore seed in the New Testament is not applied to women
by some persons. However it can also mean children (7), *conceive* (1),
descendant (4), descendants (16), posterity just as in the Hebrew. We
must remember that the Jews spoke Hebrew and Greek.
13. Therefore the Hebrew meaning of the word would not have
been discarded, so even in the New Testament it would have
been understood what seed meant namely: child, 1; children, 3;
descendant, 3; descendants, 105; descent, 1; family, line, 1;
nation, 1; offspring, posterity, 1; race, son.
14. So when a woman has a “seed” in Bible it
considered as her having a fertilised egg or
conceiving or being pregnant , in biology we
call this state fertilization or the Zygote.
15. “The Every new life begins at conception. This is an irrefutable fact of biology. It is true
for animals and true for humans. When considered alongside the law of biogenesis –
that every species reproduces after its own kind – we can draw only one conclusion in
regard to abortion. No matter what the circumstances of conception, no matter how far
along in the pregnancy, abortion always ends the life of an individual human being.
Every honest abortion advocate concedes this simple fact.”

16. "Human development begins at fertilization, the process
during which a male gamete or sperm (spermatozoon
development) unites with a female gamete or oocyte (ovum)
to form a single cell called a zygote. This highly specialized,
totipotent cell marked the beginning of each of us as a
unique individual…A zygote is the beginning of a new
human being (i.e., an embryo).”
-Keith L. Moore, The Developing Human: Clinically Oriented
Embryology, 7th edition. Philadelphia, PA: Saunders, 2003. pp. 16, 2
17. "Development begins with fertilization,
the process by which the male gamete, the
sperm, and the female gamete, the oocyte,
unite to give rise to a zygote.”
-T.W. Sadler, Langman’s Medical Embryology, 10th edition.
Philadelphia, PA: Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, 2006. p. 11.
18. “[The zygote], formed by the union
of an oocyte and a sperm, is the
beginning of a new human being”
-Keith L. Moore, Before We Are Born: Essentials of Embryology,
7th edition. Philadelphia, PA: Saunders, 2008. p. 2.
19. "Although life is a continuous process, fertilization
(which, incidentally, is not a ‘moment’) is a critical
landmark because, under ordinary circumstances, a
new genetically distinct human organism is formed
when the chromosomes of the male and female
pronuclei blend in the oocyte.”
-Ronan O’Rahilly and Fabiola Müller, Human Embryology and
Teratology, 3rd edition. New York: Wiley-Liss, 2001. p. 8.
20. "Human embryos begin development following the
fusion of definitive male and female gametes during
fertilization… This moment of zygote formation may
be taken as the beginning or zero time point of
embryonic development.”
-William J. Larsen, Essentials of Human Embryology. New York:
Churchill Livingstone, 1998. pp. 1, 14.
21. "It is the penetration of the ovum by a spermatozoan
and resultant mingling of the nuclear material each
brings to the union that constitues the culmination of
the process of fertilization and marks the initiation of
the life of a new individual.”
-Clark Edward Corliss, Patten’s Human Embryology: Elements of
Clinical Development. New York: McGraw Hill, 1976. p. 30.
22. "The term conception refers to the union of the male
and female pronuclear elements of procreation from
which a new living being develops….The zygote thus
formed represents the beginning of a new life.”
-J.P. Greenhill and E.A. Friedman, Biological Principles and Modern
Practice of Obstetrics. Philadelphia: W.B. Saunders, 1974. pp. 17, 23.
23. "Every time a sperm cell and ovum unite a new being
is created which is alive and will continue to live
unless its death is brought about by
some specific condition.”
-E.L. Potter and J.M. Craig, Pathology of the Fetus and the Infant,
3rd edition. Chicago: Year Book Medical Publishers, 1975. p. vii.
24. "Every baby begins life within the tiny globe of the
mother’s egg… It is beautifully translucent and
fragile and it encompasses the vital links in which life
is carried from one generation to the next. Within this
tiny sphere great events take place. When one of the
father’s sperm cells, like the ones gathered here
around the egg, succeeds in penetrating the egg
and becomes united with it, a new life can begin.”
-Geraldine Lux Flanagan, Beginning Life. New York: DK, 1996. p. 13.
26. "The two cells gradually and gracefully become
one. This is the moment of conception, when an
individual’s unique set of DNA is created, a
human signature that never existed before
and will never be repeated.”
-In the Womb, National Geographic, 2005.
27. “There are many sincere people, even
professing Christians, who believe
abortion should be a matter of personal
choice. These people have developed
many sophisticated arguments in behalf
of abortion. But those arguments do
not stand the test of Scripture or
logic or experience.”

The Pros and Cons of Abortion
28. (1) “Is it fair,” the abortionists ask,
“to bring a baby into the world who is
unwanted?” This argument is an
emotional deception. There is no such
thing as an unwanted baby because
there are hundreds of thousands of
couples in America (and across the
world) today who ardently desire to
adopt a child”
{The Abomination of Abortion: Are we courting
the wrath of God?By Dr. David R. Reagan}

fbclid=IwAR3PKKcoHZPxb3uEDHBc-ZOJvXGS9YvneChJ_FsBpIY2FoIgkf5gpbuedDw
29. “Again, this argument is an emotional
manipulation. Less than one percent of rape
victims ever conceive, due probably to the
trauma involved. But even in those situations
where conception does occur, should the
baby be killed for its father’s crime?”
{The Abomination of Abortion: Are we courting
the wrath of God? By Dr. David R. Reagan}
(2) “What about rape victims?”
the abortionists scream

30. "Fathers shall not be put to death for their children, nor shall
children be put to death for their fathers; a person shall be put to
death for his own sin" (Deuteronomy 24:16, NKJV).
31. Notwithstanding the many reasons given for the support of
abortion for example, rape, incest etc,.We must remember that
“Human life, which God alone could give, must be sacredly
guarded.” We know not what benefit that child can offer to
humanity, each one of us were distinctly weaved together in the
womb of our mother by hands of God and no two persons are
created alike . It would be better to have that child given to family
that you know would take care of it.Human life belongs to God;
thus, no person is at liberty to take human life at any stages of
life, from conception until death.
(Eze 18:4, Ego 20:13,Luk 1:41,44)
32. (3) “But we must
provide for the
protection of the
mother’s life,” argue
the abortionists.
But is this a valid
issue?
33. Consider these words by the former Surgeon-General of the U.S., Dr. C. Everett Koop:
“Protection of the life of the mother as an excuse for an abortion is a smoke screen. In my 36
years of pediatric surgery, I have never known of one instance where the child had to be aborted
to save the mother’s life. If toward the end of the pregnancy complications arise that threaten the
mother’s health, the doctor will either induce labor or perform a Caesarian section. His intention
is to save the life of both the mother and the baby. The baby’s life is never willfully destroyed
because the mother’s life is in danger.”
34. (4)
“But what about a deformed or retarded child? Shouldn’t
it be aborted?” What about a child who becomes mentally
retarded or blind at age six due to an illness or
accident? Should that child be killed?
35. “How perfect must a person be in
order to live? And who is to play
God by making the decisions as to
who lives and who dies?”

the wrath of God?By Dr. David R. Reagan}

36. "Life is mysterious and sacred. It is the manifestation of God Himself, the
source of all life. . . .God looks into the tiny seed that He Himself has formed,
and sees wrapped within it the beautiful flower, the shrub, or the lofty, wide-
spreading tree. So does He see the possibilities in every human being."
-Ellen G. White,
The Ministry of Healing, p.397.
37. “So the LORD said to him, 'Who
has made man’s mouth? Or who
makes the mute, the deaf, the
seeing, or the blind? Have not I,
the LORD?”
(Exodus 4:11, NKJV).
38. “Know that the LORD Himself is
God; it is He who has made us, and
not we ourselves; we are His people
and the sheep of His pasture”
(Psalm 100:3, NASV).
“Thus says the LORD, your
Redeemer, and the One who
formed you from the womb, ‘I, the
LORD, am the maker of all things,
stretching out the heavens by
Myself, and spreading out the
earth all alone . . .'”
(Isaiah 44:24, NASV).
39. (5) “If abortion is outlawed again, tens of thousands will die from
back-alley abortions performed by medically unqualified people.”
{The Abomination of Abortion: Are we courting the wrath of God?By Dr. David R. Reagan}
40. “In 1972, the year before the Court legalized abortion, it is estimated that there were
about 500 abortions nationwide, resulting in 39 recorded deaths (see Dr. Bernard
Nathanson’s book, Aborting America). We are killing 1 1/2 million babies per
year right now, and hundreds of women die from the complications.”
{The Abomination of Abortion: Are we courting the wrath of God?By Dr. David R. Reagan}
41. “What about the baby’s right to life? Which right is
more important? The right to privacy is a selfish
right. The right to life is a God-given right. And if
the privacy argument is going to prevail, should we
then prohibit police from violating the privacy of a
home to stop parents from abusing their children?”
{The Abomination of Abortion: Are we courting
the wrath of God? By Dr. David R. Reagan}
(6) “But what about a woman’s right to privacy?”
42.
43. “Very many children are born with their blood tainted with
scrofula (Infection of Tuberculosis) through the wrong habits of
the mother in her eating and dressing. . . . These fashionably
dressed women cannot transmit good constitutions to their
children.”
{ Healthful Living 58.5}
44. “Very many children are born with
their blood tainted with scrofula
(Infection of Tuberculosis) through
the wrong habits of the mother in
her eating and dressing. . . . These
fashionably dressed women cannot
transmit good constitutions to their
children.”
{ Healthful Living 58.5}
45. WHAT IS A HOMOCIDE ?
Homicide is the act of one human killing another. A homicide requires only a volitional
act by another person that results in death, and thus a homicide may result from accidental,
reckless, or negligent acts even if there is no intent to cause harm.
46. Why Is murder of a
pregnant woman double
homicide?
The Unborn Victims of Violence Act,
passed in 2004, defines a fetus as a "child
in uterus" and a person as being a legal
crime victim "if a fetal injury or death
occurs during the commission of a federal
violent crime." In the U.S., 38 states have
laws with more harsh penalties if the
victim is murdered while pregnant.
47. When a man kills a woman while she is pregnant it’s considered a double
homocide but when a woman does it to her unborn child , it’s called an abortion
which is just a nicer way of saying she murdered her unborn child.
48. Murder (Merriam-Webster)
mur·der | ˈmər-dər
The crime of unlawfully killing a person
Person (Oxford Dictionaries)
person / ˈpəːs(ə)n
A human being regarded as an individual.
Fetus (Merriam-Webster)
fe·tus | ˈfē-təs
A human being or animal in the later
stages of development before it is born
Abortion (Merriam-Webster)
abor·tion | ə-ˈbȯr-shən
A medical procedure used to end a
pregnancy and cause the death of the fetus
49. The Six Commandment
Exodus 20:13
Thou shalt not kill (LXX; οὐ φονεύσεις), You shall not murder
(Hebrew: ָחצְִרּת ֹלא lo tirṣaḥ) or You shall not kill (KJV)
“Human life, which God alone could give, must be sacredly guarded.”
-Ellen G.White. Patriarchs and Prophets (Mountain View, California: Pacific Press Publishing Association, 1958), 516.
“Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.”
-Psalm 127:3 King James Version (KJV)
50. The Six Commandment
Exodus 20:13
Thou shalt not kill (LXX; οὐ φονεύσεις), You shall not murder
(Hebrew: ָחצְִרּת ֹלא lo tirṣaḥ) or You shall not kill (KJV)
“All acts of injustice that tend to shorten life . . . or any passion that leads to
injurious acts towards others, or causes us even to wish them harm . . . all
these are, to a greater or less degree, violations of the sixth commandment.”
-Ellen G.White. Patriarchs and Prophets (Mountain View, California: Pacific Press Publishing Association, 1958), 316.
51. “It is every man’s right in this country, or anywhere else, to worship an idol if he
chooses. That idol embodies his conviction of what God is. He can worship only
according to his convictions. It matters not what form his idol may have, he has
the right to worship it anywhere in all the world, therefore in the United States.
But suppose that in the worship of that god he attempts to take the life of one of
his fellow-men, and offer it as a human sacrifice. The civil government exists for
the protection of life, liberty, property, etc., and it must punish that man for his
attempt upon the life of his fellow-man.” NSLS18 25.2
52. “The civil law protects man’s life from such exercise of any one’s religion, but
in punishing the offender, the State does not consider the question of his
religion at all. It would punish him just the same if he made no pretensions to
worship or to religion. It punishes him for his incivility, for his attempt at
murder, not for his irreligion. I repeat, the question of religion is not considered
by the State; the sole question is, Did he threaten the life of his fellow-man?
Civil government must protect its citizens. This is strictly within Caesar’s
jurisdiction; it comes within the line of duties which the Scripture shows to
pertain to our neighbor, and with it Caesar has to do.” NSLS18 25.2
53. “Therefore it is true that the State can never of right legislate in regard to any
man’s religious faith, or in relation to anything in the first four commandments of
the decalogue. But if in the exercise of his religious convictions under the first
four commandments, a man invades the rights of his neighbor, as to life, family,
property, or character, then the civil government says that it is unlawful. Why?
Because it is irreligious or immoral?—Not at all; but because it is uncivil, and for
that reason only. It never can be proper for the State to ask any question as to
whether any man is religious or not, or whether his actions are religious or not.
The sole question must ever be, Is the action civil or uncivil.” NSLS18 26.1
55. *Month one – Baby’s face is partially formed. At this point the baby is developing the structures that
will eventually form his face and neck. The heart and blood vessels continue to develop. And the
lungs, stomach, and liver start to develop. A home pregnancy test would show positive.
*Month two – The neural tube (brain, spinal cord and other neural tissue of the central nervous
system) is well formed. At about six weeks, the baby’s heart beat can be detected.
[Information taken from the Fetal Development: Stages of Growth - Cleveland Clinic Foundation]
56. * Month three – The baby’s arms, hands, fingers, feet and toes are fully formed. The baby can open
and close his/her fists and mouth. Fingernails and toenails are beginning to develop and the external
ears are formed. The baby is fully formed. All the organs and extremities are present and will
continue to mature in order to become functional.
* Month four – The fingers and toes are well-defined. Eyelids, eyebrows, eyelashes, nails and hair are
formed. The baby can even suck his or her thumb, yawn, stretch and make faces.
-[Information taken from the Fetal Development: Stages of Growth - Cleveland Clinic Foundation]
57. * Month five – The baby’s hair begins to grow on his or her head.
* Month six – Baby’s finger and toe prints are visible. The eyelids begin to part and the eyes open.
Baby responds to sounds by moving or increasing the pulse. If born prematurely, the baby may
survive after the 23rd week with intensive care.
-[Information taken from the Fetal Development: Stages of Growth - Cleveland Clinic Foundation]
58. * Month seven – Baby’s hearing is fully developed. He or she changes position frequently and
responds to stimuli, including sound, pain and light.
Month eight – Baby’s brain is developing rapidly at this time and the baby can see and hear. Most
internal systems are well developed but the lungs may still be immature
Month nine – the baby’s reflexes are coordinated so he or she can blink, close the eyes, turn the
head, grasp firmly and respond to sounds, light and touch.

59. “1 Behold, the Lord's hand is not
shortened, that it cannot save; neither his
ear heavy, that it cannot hear:2 But your
iniquities have separated between you and
your God, and your sins have hid his face
from you, that he will not hear.”
{ Isaiah 59, King James Version (KJV)}
60. Isaiah 59 King James Version (KJV)
3 For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken
lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness. 4 None calleth for justice, nor any pleadeth for
truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.
61. Isaiah 59 King James Version (KJV)
7 Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood:
their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths.
8 The way of peace they know not; and there is no judgment in their goings: they
have made them crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace.
62. Isaiah 59 King James Version (KJV)
9 Therefore is judgment far from us, neither doth justice overtake us: we wait for
light, but behold obscurity; for brightness, but we walk in darkness.10 We grope
for the wall like the blind, and we grope as if we had no eyes: we stumble at noon
day as in the night; we are in desolate places as dead men.11 We roar all like
bears, and mourn sore like doves: we look for judgment, but there is none; for
salvation, but it is far off from us.
12 For our transgressions are multiplied before thee, and our sins testify against
us: for our transgressions are with us; and as for our iniquities, we know them;
13 In transgressing and lying against the Lord, and departing away from our
God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart
words of falsehood.
63. Isaiah 59 King James Version (KJV)
14 And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for
truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.15 Yea, truth faileth; and he
that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the Lord saw it, and it
displeased him that there was no judgment.16 And he saw that there was no
man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought
salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him.
64. Isaiah 59 King James Version (KJV)
17 For he put on righteousness as a breastplate, and an helmet of salvation upon his
head; and he put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a
cloak.18 According to their deeds, accordingly he will repay, fury to his adversaries,
recompence to his enemies; to the islands he will repay recompence.
