    specialized learning interests is difficult.
    Access to education for the working adult is
    limited, as is finding Students for the qualified
    Teacher
   Covering a wide array of subjects and topics,
    TeachMe offers a set of rated Teachers to
    potential Students and potential Students to
    qualified Teachers. Furthermore, it provides a
    platform to develop the whole learning
    experience and support the Student-Teacher
    relationship

We met through Venture Lab Technology Entrepreneurship course
and learned that we all share a vision to build a product that can
connect skilled people with ones looking & willing to pay for it. At
the same time we wanted our product to enable creating additional
income opportunities for people, who struggle to find jobs in the
current economy situation, especially in Spain, where we live.

  • 3. Fundamental Problem  Finding the perfect teacher for your specialized learning interests is difficult. Access to education for the working adult is limited, as is finding Students for the qualified Teacher  Covering a wide array of subjects and topics, TeachMe offers a set of rated Teachers to potential Students and potential Students to qualified Teachers. Furthermore, it provides a platform to develop the whole learning experience and support the Student-Teacher relationship

Product  TeachMe is a community of Teachers and Students  TeachMe provides a support platform so Students and Teachers can develop a profitable learning environment for their own specific education needs  TeachMe offers a secure Payment Platform for educational services between Teachers and Students

Team We met through Venture Lab Technology Entrepreneurship course and learned that we all share a vision to build a product that can connect skilled people with ones looking & willing to pay for it. Business / Revenue Model  CORE PRODUCT:  Payment Services - Platform for monetary transactions between Students and Teachers offering convenience and security in payments  Premium Platform - Additional features for the education platform will be charged at a fee for both Students and Teachers  FUTURE PRODUCT DIRECTIONS WE CONSIDER:  Services for Teachers - Administrative, Legal and Tax services for Teachers  Lead Generation - Ad revenue  Qualification Fees - Fees from official qualifications o TeachMe certifications of Teachers and Students  Platform Sales - Offer the e-learning platform to education institutions

Sales and Marketing Strategy  Key focus on Online  Marketing via Social Networks, Targeted email marketing, YouTube, SEO, SEM, Bloggers partnerships, use of existing education platforms like SkillShare  Engage locally recognized skilled individuals, education focused meetup groups, include rare skills  Approach qualified teachers for them to use the platform, they can bring “early adopter” students to the platform
  • 8. Partnerships and Distribution  Partnerships:  leading Schools, Universities, Educational centers  local subject matter experts  employment agencies  teachers associations  Distribution  web & mobile platform
