This document analyzes the responses from a questionnaire distributed to 20 employees across 14 principles of management based on Henri Fayol. The majority of respondents agreed that work is divided equally and responsibilities are clearly defined. Most also agreed that discipline and order are maintained, tasks are directed towards common goals, and the company's interests are prioritized. However, over a third reported receiving orders from multiple bosses, inconsistent rewards, and lack of an open door policy. Overall, the data shows adherence to many principles but also opportunities for improvement in areas like unity of command and decentralization.

According to our observation 65% agree on the fact that they get orders from more than
one boss. Thus the principle of Unity of Command is not followed here. This leads to
