This is the Power point slide of the presentation of Human Resource Management (MGT-3122) course taught at United International University. With little effort I prepared the slides. In the presentation we briefly discussed about the training and development processes of Robi axiata (A telecommunication service provider in Bangladesh) and evaluated whether the processes are effective and ineffective. We also provided recommendations for Robi. We had contacted with two Robi axiata officials. We had prepared the report based on the information they had provided us and according to our faculty supervisors instructions.
