I am Professor of Learning and Teaching in Higher Education and Director of the Institute of Learning and Teaching and at the University of Northampton in the UK. The Institute's vision is to enable transformational learning experiences through inspirational teaching. That vision will be realised by developing capability in pedagogical design, learning technology, openness and innovative practices, underpinned by the latest pedagogical research.
