Integration Salesforce with Pepper (Robot)

2. What the app can do
• Control Pepper (Robot) to say words, show
image as digital signage and questionnaire
and QR code based on Salesforce object
record.
• Customize the above behavior for each users
stored in Contact Object
• Track user s action such as saw digital
signage , answer , and scanned QR code to
forward to specific url stored in Salesforce

3. Robot Application
Hello David !!
1. A user having android app forwards to
the Pepper (robot) with i-beacon.
2. The android app receives signals from
i-beacon on Pepper and the android
app sends the beacons s uuid and user
id to Salesforce
3. Salesforce receives beacon id and user
id and sends some words based on the
received data to Pepper to say via MQTT
protocol.

4. Pepper has one tablet and shows a
image as digital signage which received
from Salesforce on it.
5. Pepper shows questionnaire stored in
Salesforce on the tablet
6. User touches one of them for reply.
The user input is stored in Salesforce as a
record.

7. Once a user answers the questionnaire,
Pepper shows a QR code on the tablet.
The QR code contains the url where you
want the user to forward a site by android
browser.
8. QR app on android opens a browser
showing the specific url stored in
Salesforce.

1. Pepper (robot) says that the word field when a user forwards to Pepper
2. Pepper shows an image given at Signage Image URL field on the tablet
3. Pepper shows questionnaire based on Survey section
4. Pepper shoes a QR code contains Present Site URL field

Word：Once Pepper meets a user, it says that Word field after user s name.
Signage Image：After saying words, Pepper shows the image on its tablet.
