A Short Experiment:
You’re working with an internal team on a large change program to install a new
enterprise software system. It’s been 6 months, and it’s not going well. People are
frustrated with the lack of visible progress.
There is only 12-months left before the old system is shutoff and with 6 months of
no progress, people are stressed out.
Your main stakeholders want you show up on Monday with a detailed plan for the
next 12-months to ensure successful ROI and on-time, on-budget completion.
