I come from a family of businessmen and I am a life long student/practitioner of how businesses can create value for its customers, employees and society at large. By the age of 24, I had started a commercial real estate advisory firm and helped build a successful test prep company (Temple of Learning) in India (sold by the founder to www.imsindia.com).
I complemented the practical business knowledge I gained at my family dinner table by pursuing my MBA from Darden School of Business at University of Virginia. During my MBA and at the height of great recession in 2009-2010, I was one of the few students who got a job on the wall street.
