When should you use Instagram for your business?
If one or more of your goals, comply with the following:
Branding
Lead Generation
Influencer Marketing
E-commerce

Instagram offers 3 sections:
Feed: suitable for a single image, carousel and video. Are visible the first 2
lines of text and then, the "more".
Stories: suitable for images, video, live streaming; you can add tags, stickers,
text.
IGTV: ideal for video lover. The title has an arrow that opens up a description
where you can place your hyperlinks.
Other Features:
Collection: it is your private folder where you can gather all posts and video
saved.

Highlights: you can save your stories in categories or themes. I suggest
following the structure of your website or menu.

The 3 essential characteristics of engaging content should be:
Entertaining
Informative
Emotional
The แฅฃแฅฒแƒงoแฅ™t of your feed should respect the brand colours, the same filter and colour
gradient. Don't mess up with different styles!
In the BIO: describe clearly who you are, what you do, where you are. Remember to
include relevant keywords.
You can insert a link that it could redirect to your website, or contact form, or a lead
magnet or a coupon code.
Example of content for STORIES: behind the scene, a product image, staff pictures,
business moment, events.
VIDEO:
> Feed Video: up to 60 sec;
> Story Video: any length;
> Live Video: up to 1 hour;
> IGTV Video: from 15 sec to 10 min. Verified account get longer lenght.
IGTV Overview: you can use this tool to explain how to use your product, to show your
expertise in your industry, to communicate an important event or product launch.

Like Twitter, there are 3 main Hashtags:
Branded (with business name or tagline)
Functional Search (keywords)
Fun (creative and funny name)
To find out relevant hashtags for your content:
Insert a keyword in the search box and take note of those more relevant for
your brand and with the largest followers.
To see which # your competitors are using: repeat process of nยฐ1, then click
on "Top" and to see the most popular accounts, that can be a competitor for
your brand. Analyze which # they are using and copy them.
You can insert between 9 to max 30 hashtags, in the first comment below
your post, in the story or IGTV.
