Start investing an additional Rs 20,000 every month so as to invest a total of
2.4L at the end of the financial year
Increase the amount you save by 15% every year, so the investment
amount changes to Rs 23,000 per month from the second year
The end result should be the same as starting with a higher capital amount of
Rs 27 Lakh. Assuming that fund returns are in the 14-16 % range, you should
be able to reach your goal of Rs 1 Crore by the end of 10 years.
35. Break up into – registration, marketing, working costs (two phone lines,
website, server)
In second month first trickles of revenue from the CHS as part of a year/2
year/3 year deal with our company
Money coming from the CHS will be used to run the company
To raise capital for expansion –
• 1) Employee Investors
• 2) Angel Investors
• 3) Venture Capitalists

The responsibility of collecting the tax
lies with the Central Board of Excise
and Customs(CBEC). From 2012,
service tax is imposed on all services,
except those which are specifically
exempted under law. In budget
presented for 2008-2009, it was
announced that all small service
providers whose turnover does not
exceed ₹ 1,000,000 need not pay
service tax. Service tax at a rate of 14
percent will be imposed on all
applicable services from 1 June 2015.

64. EASY SERVE SEMINARS [ESS]
Easy Serve being a service provider aims to target each and every market segment in the
mass market.
We will be holding seminars and campaigns in schools and colleges to indirectly market the
target audience like parents and friends. The messages and the business information will
indirectly reach out to parents through Word Of Mouth (WOM).
As per the market research made by Easy Serve, 95% of people make an attempt to buy the
product or take advantage of the service, who receive discount coupons or free service
coupons. Hence Easy Serve will definitely provide such coupons to the specific niche market,
like students.
ESS becomes a key offline marketing strategy, where it promotes the niche market also and
is able to target the mass market.
