If you see something speak up and tell the proper authorities to investigate. Make sure that training is done in a timely manner, and if they do not understand tell them to answer questions.
- Make sure their security cameras are in the locations to ensure the safety of the patients, also make sure all passwords are lock. Educated on how to keep their passwords confidentially and not to share the passwords with any one.
- Make sure the employees are educated and no cellular phones on the floor unless it is part of the job. Make sure the passwords are protected like the one in the picture.
