What have you learnt about technologies from the
process of constructing this product?

2. Introduction
 During the construction of my media product, a music
magazine. I’ve learnt a great deal about technologies and they
have enormously helped me, and improved my media
product. During the process of creating my product I
regularly blogged about all the stuff I’d done to show evident
in my progression.
 I’ve either learnt to use or have improved my knowledge on
soft wares such as: Slide Share, Digital Camera, Abode
Photoshop, Abode In Design, Internet Explorer, Scanner,
Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, QuickTime and
Prezie.

3. Slide Share
 Slide share is a web that serves a requirement of hosting slide
services. Users are able to upload files privately or publicly in
particular file formats like PowerPoint presentations. Slide share
then results in being viewed on the site itself, on hand held
devices or embedded on other sites.

4. Digital Camera
 This was used for taking pictures
for my magazine and proved
extremely helpful. The fact that it
was digital rather than a traditional
camera meant that instantly I could
see what I'd taken and had the
option whether to keep it or not.

5. Abode Photoshop In Design
 Photoshop is a graphic manipulation Adobe InDesign is a desktop
program that allows me to edit the publishing software
photos I'd taken. It was extremely application produced by
useful in the development of my Adobe systems. It can be used
media product and made possible to create
images which simple couldn't have
happened previously.

6. Media Language and Graphology
In our theory lessons, we would look into the meaning of the
followings and how we could apply it in our practical work.

 Modes of Address
 Image and Text Integration
 Readership and Publicity

7. QuickTime
 QuickTime is an extensible multimedia
framework developed by apple inc.
Capable of handling various formats of
digital video, picture, sound, panoramic
images, and interactivity.

8. Prezie
 Prezie is a cloud base presentation software and storytelling
tool for exploring and sharing ideas on a implicit canvas.
Prezi is distinguished by its zooming user boundary, which
enables users to zoom in and out of their presentation media.

 Microsoft word is a word processor
designed by Microsoft.
 Microsoft power point is the name of a
proprietary commercial presentation
program developed by Microsoft.
 In computing, an image scanner (often
abbreviated to just scanner); is a device that
optically scans images, printed
text, handwriting, or an object, and
converts it to a digital image.

10. Summary
 Overall technology has helped me with my task of creating a
front cover, contents page and double page spread in
numerous ways and without it: the end product I created
would be considerable less professional and of less quality. It
also would of had resulted me in being less organised and
showing less cohesive and clear research, planning, skills and
evident.
