Job Summary
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Primarily responsible for the;
Program Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) activities as per M&E Framework.
Field monitoring visits to Universities Financial Aid Office and University
Advancement Offices (FA/UA). Developing Need assessment tools. Baseline
Survey Design and Planning Activities. Program Policy & Procedural
implementation. M&E activities/tasks including continuous checking quality of
processes through various parameter. Review compliance status of various
program activities. Review flow of funds and funds utilization reports. Prepare
and disseminate monitoring & evaluation findings to all stakeholders.
2. • Prepare Reports: Draft a detail evaluation reports both internal &
external along with a detail letters of monitoring findings and
recommendations to the stakeholder (universities/institutions/PMU/Donor) for
the corrective measures.
• Having strong Communication and Outreach expertise for the
educational/scholarship program is an incremental skill.
Detail Job Responsibilities
• Monitor and evaluate the execution and impact of the Program
periodically
• Responsible to prepare reports and monitor and evaluate results
and impacts, to suggest measures to improve the implementation strategy
and plans
• Develop the overall program evaluation framework, policy, systems,
procedures and new reporting formats
• Guide and coordinate partner universities for timely preparation of
periodical progress report
• Coordinate Monitoring & Evaluation activities of the Program as per
approved M&E Framework.
• Coordinate program periodic meetings with the donors and other
stakeholders
• Field Monitoring and Evaluation visits to partner universities. Field
Monitoring and Evaluation covers the following;
Investigate multiple research indicators that are essential to
determining the degree to which the program is an effective and
cost efficient.

11 public / private participating universities of Pakistan. Main components of
the programs are:
• Award of Scholarships to the needy and deserving students of
Pakistani universities. These Scholarships are purely on needs based and on
financial destitution of the applicants.
• Correspondence with the Students Financial Aid Offices in the
participating universities as well as respond the queries of general public on
telephone/emails.
• Success stories writing according to Donor Requirements
Achievements
a) Implemented & Executing independent monitoring and evaluation systems
which includes quantitative/qualitative data collection, verification,
accountability and learning.
b) Enhanced the need assessment tools by incorporating more parameters
c) Developed and designed program SOP’s
d) Coordinate and represented HEC in more than 30 Institutional Scholarship
Award Committee (ISAC) meetings to assess the neediness of the
applicants and to short list them for final approval.
