Introduction
I am an engineer with a scientific approach to meet and resolve challenges. I am highly
motivated by my curios nature and have deep fascination for how and why things actually work
as they do. I know from experience that the best results come from cooperation. So I greatly
enjoy developing technology and methods in cooperation with others. I am well known for my
holistic approaches to address complex systems. These properties in combination with my
extrinsic personality have had a great effect on my professional development. In short, managing
multidisciplinary technical projects and performing challenging investigations in multiple
stakeholder environments. I am perceived as secure and confident in my leadership. I am highly
pragmatic and undertake challenges with a humble mindset and without prestige. I practice
presence in mind and body within my projects, to be accessible and informed.
Project management and change have been a big part of my career. Imagination,
responsiveness, clarity of communication and determination are prominent characteristics. I am
meticulous and appreciate risks and opportunities. I have a good technical understanding and I
am known for my ability to grasp new knowledge areas. I can be very much hands on when it is
required, but mostly I am referred to as analytical. I have a number of times been at the very
forefront of new technological applications and produced innovative solutions. I have also
performed feasibility studies, worked with technical requirements in purchasing and conceptual
studies. Statistical analysis, root cause analysis and experimental design are other recurring work.
I have much experience from managing and training personnel. I try to support people to
develop professionally and lift their perspective in general. I am decently fluent in English, also
in writing. I hold special expertise in energy technology and technologies and systems in relation
to electric vehicle systems for inner city public transportation. I have a solid background in wood
technology, production technology and automation. Good experience in procurement and
contracts. Good insights in electric power, battery technology, IT and general business processes.

Electric bus public transportation systems. Project manager for charging stations and parts of
the vehicle deliveries. Systems engineer for thermal energy systems and charging stations as well
as charging interface. Managing of international and regional suppliers as well as customer
contact. Building permit applications and technical solutions. Documentation work with manuals
and technical descriptions. Performed all system design work and calculations for offering
solutions to customers.

Sub project manager for building a highly automated unit for the production of doors in Årdal,
Norway. Responsible for integration between the ERP system and the automated production

Project manager for investment project of scope 40 MSEK. Developed and implemented
systems for integration between ERP and automated production processes. Introduced RFID
identification for doors. Introduced a new type of edging solution for doors in the Nordic market.
Introduced a new systemized approach to quality assurance work. Developed and programmed
an application to register and categorize rejects and quality deficiencies. Worked with various
types of quality improving and LEAN oriented projects.

Evaluated mechanics and software for automated and optimized logpositioning from 3D data.
Developed a method for checking the color change of the timber in connection with high
temperature kiln drying. Developed simulation software for optimized timber sorting. Conducted
statistical analysis. Worked with ISO documentation for quality after drying.
