EXPERIENCE
Authored over 280 reports, QC’d over 17,000 serialized reports and 550 product reports, and published/released
over 30 of those product reports for an overall three-year period
Certified quality-checker and report releaser as of July 2015. Oversees all processed reporting for mission, including
reviewing and editing reports for maximum impact of information, final approval, and release. Prior to official
qualification, has provided technical and narrative quality verification for reports over an ongoing three-year period
Three years’ experience building and delivering presentations explaining complex technical content to senior military
and IC leadership, as well as over 75 hours dedicated to developing and training other military service members and
leadership on job-specific operations and instructions
During a period of integral missiondevelopment, dedicated over 500 hours of concentrated target analysis to isolate
and depict trends in adversarial capabilities for current and future team resourcing and target operations
EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
U.S. Navy Cryptologic Technician (Analytic Reporter) for a total of three years, from November 2012 to the present.
Upon arrival at current team and mission in early October 2013, immediately assumed responsibilities for its new
reporting mission as the primary SIGINT reporter. Recognized as the team’s enlisted reporting Subject Matter Expert
(SME), writing its broad majority of produced reports until certifying as a report quality-checker and releaser in July
2015. Reports for this period supported mission areas throughout the IC, with feedback received from offices
including ONI, State Department, DIA, STRATCOM, and USTRANSCOM. Served as consistent leadership figure during
transitional periods for team personnel while training and introducing team operational knowledge and procedures
to all oncoming team members, including four team leads, a team chief, two missionmanagers, and a division officer
