1) Someone with Courage,courage tomake the hard decisionsandstandbythemby yourself if
youtrulybelieve inthose decisions.
2) WillingtoInitiate & act, and those actionshave an impact.
3) Can Influence others,getpeoplewhodon’tworkwithyoutodo something
4) Skill toinspire,people tofollowyou
5) People whocan get and keepthe besttalent,since that isthe “winner”
Overthe past several yearsIhave focusedonbecoming abetterleader-- bysteppingoutof mycomfort
zone,takingrisks,beingmore assertive,takingtime tothinkclearlyaboutsituations…where they’ve
been,howthey’ve evolved,where theyare,andwhere Iwantthemto be… and bydevelopingmy
currentrelationships while buildingnewoneswithHPteamsand employees.
