In my final semester project, I along with my teammates developed a website used for voting for the voters' favorite electoral candidates from home. The aim of the project was to implement entire voting system based on Blockchain Technology. Voters can vote from anywhere, the system is more reliable and overall more secure. We used Ganache Blockchain Source to work with an example Ethereum Blockchain workspace. We also used MetaMask for the voting to happen i.e. to add the blocks of information to the Ethereum Blockchain in expense of Gas. I handled the frontend of the project, which was a single-page web application using React.js. I also used HTML/CSS, JavaScript wherever needed. The Project was a small scale prototype model for getting more advanced improvements in the Real World. This was a huge success on our behalf.
