• Organise events such as family picnics, happy hour
• Create a buddy system
• Encourage weekly contributions towards dues/TRF
• Encourage PHFs to donate some points to other
members to also attain such recognition
• Organise more fundraisers
• Celebrate employees during Vocational Service
month

• Encouraged to attend meetings/make-up
• Avoid the trap to agree to decisions at meetings
and then disagree outside.
• Avoid the trap to decline sharing views on issues
when asked, but tell everyone how things should
be done.
• Avoid delaying responses to communications
from Club, other members.
