their company to $83,333 MRR / $1M ARR in just 12 months. Here is their
early-growth strategy, exactly what they did to reach $50K in MRR:
● Answered over 160 questions on Quora
● Made 30 Youtube videos
● Wrote 10 blog posts
● Designed over 10 landing pages
● Joined almost every single Facebook Group related to video editing
● Launched 15 products on Product Hunt
● Built a bunch of tools
One interesting thing they did is having SEO-optimized landing pages
with a clear call-to-action, for certain keywords, like "add an image to
video" to get in the top results. Their most valuable lessons:
● Build fast
● Ship Early
● Deploy multiple times per day
● Talk to users
● Luck plays a part
● Failure will happen again and again

Analyzify empowers over 350 Shopify stores and generates $12K+/month
only after 7 months since the launch - and with the first version of the
app.
You would think optimizing their app on Shopify App Store would be their
first growth strategy - but it wasn't. As with any App Store, it has a network
effect; the more reviews and app installs you have, the better your
rankings. But for a new app, starting and making your app visible is really
hard in any App Store.
They noticed a gap in content for setting up your GA4 (the new Google
Analytics release) for eCommerce.
The video received 20-30 views, and 8 -10 leads per day. And finally, they
made the first sale.
After noticing strong demand for such content, they launch a video
series: Shopify Google Tag Manager Course, to teach merchants how to
set up their GTM accounts.
They recently launched Analyzify Hub, where they share valuable insights,
tutorials, and the latest data analytics & marketing-related content for
Shopify stores.

Hey, I’m Daniel. I’m the founder of The Bootstrapped Way and
Fractional CMO. I work with B2B SaaS companies to design and
execute demand generation, lead generation, and growth strategies.
I created TheBootstrappedWay.com out of personal necessity. My
notes were buried in Google Docs, email messages to myself, and my
swipe files were completely disorganized. So I signed up for Airtable,
thought of this idea, bought the domain a few months later, and here
I am.
Two years ago, I steered away from mainstream blogs and shifted
my focus to working with and learning from some of the world’s top
tech companies, taking notes along the way. My Airtable database
(aka my notebook) is loaded with actionable, modern growth
strategies that actually generate revenue and you are not going to
find them on any mainstream outlets.
By putting what I learn into practice, now I’m able to craft growth
strategies for early-stage startups to reach their first $1K, $10K, and
$100K in MRR, along with a clear backlog of experiments. And for more
mature B2B companies, I’m able to showcase new and
out-of-the-box channels and tactics they can use to improve their
existing demand generation strategy and generate qualified leads.
