Interim Customer Service Representative and Accounts Payable/Payroll, Electric Department
Rehired by the Electric Department general manager, formerly the town administrator, to provide customer
service: resolve bottlenecks in billing/service complaints/requests for service. Escalate major grievances to
Interface with customers to receive orders for service, discontinuance, change of service, and the collection
and processing of customer payments. Process payroll for 35 employees, process weekly warrant.
Chairwoman, North Attleborough By-Law Study Committee (2014 to present)
Appointed by the board of selectmen to lead the committee that recommends changes to the by-laws that
govern operations for the town including human resources issues, fee structures, agendas, records
management, schedules, publicity, and operations.

Retained following graduation to coordinate marketing and delivery of career readiness programs in
conjunction with the Department of Corrections. Scheduled and facilitated classroom instruction for inmates to
