How L.A.L.P Works
In this training program interactive sessions are used for every month covering a total of 24 topics a year,
Two (2) each month . Each Participant should submit an action plan and success story for at least 12 topics.
In order to verify and confirm the result , the success story should be approved by both parties ( Links
Facilitator and Management of the participant ).

Creating Success by Changing
How You Think
In this session, information will be solicited from
participants about the past and present experiences
while focusing on future vision. Participants will be
assisted to become more self aware and will be guided
to lay out their success plan.

In this session, the focus is on how to better coach the
employees to achieve higher performance.
Participants will learn to coach and foster a great
working relationship through personal understanding

Managing Stress
The focus of this session is on building strength to deal with
stressful work environment. Participants will gain a better
understanding of stress and develop skills for addressing any
stressful situation which include using routines, relaxation
techniques, and stress log system.

Leadership Characteristics
In this session, participants will learn to apply critical
leaders attitudes, values, traits and behaviours. They
will be introduced to various leadership styles but the
focus will be on the most appropriate one. They will
also learn how to become a first class leader and
communicate as a powerful one.

The session will help participants understand the
meaning of assertiveness and self-confidence. They
will explore personal strengths and weaknesses, learn
to build a positive self image and develop positive
feelings to improve many aspects of their lives.

Surpassing Customers' Expectations
The focus in this session is on how to excel in serving
customers and surpass their expectations. Participants
learn to gain customers' trust , understand their needs
and provide highest level of service. They will also acquire
skill set including in-person and over the phone
techniques, dealing with difficult customers, and
generating return business

Creative Problem Solving
In this session, participants will reach a full
understanding of the entire creative problem solving
process, in addition to being provided problem solving
tools that are easily used. skills include brainstorming,
information gathering, analyzing data, and identifying
resources.

Managing Anger
Participants will learn how to identify their anger
triggers and what to do when they get angry. Through
specific coping and planning techniques, anger can
become a positive tool.

the Agreement Frame. Dealing with conflict is important for
every organization no matter what the size is. If conflicts are
not resolved, they can lead to high absentee rate, attrition

Each Participant should submit an action plan and success story for at least 12 topics. Participants will be assisted to become more self aware and will be guided to lay out their success plan.
