structural of mechanical clutches by using computer modeling of Pro-E (or)
solidwork's to analysis their stress, poison ratio, thermal expansion.

3. INTRODUCTION
The inner clutch hub is a crucial component in a two-wheeler clutch
system, which is responsible for transmitting power from the engine to the wheels
through the gearbox. It consists of a central hub with a series of friction plates and
drive plates that are sandwiched together to transfer power. When the rider pulls
the clutch lever, the inner clutch hub disengages the engine from the gearbox,
allowing the rider to shift gears or come to a stop. The smooth functioning of the
inner clutch hub is essential for smooth and efficient power transmission, and any
damage or wear and tear to this component can result in reduced performance or
even clutch failure.

5. Why clutch used in Two Wheelers . ?
A clutch is used in a two-wheeler to allow the rider to disconnect the engine from the
transmission temporarily. This is important because it allows the rider to change gears without
damaging the transmission or stalling the engine. When the clutch lever is pulled, the clutch plates
separate, allowing the engine to spin freely. This disengages the transmission from the engine,
which means that the rider can change gears without putting any stress on the transmission. Once
the clutch lever is released, the clutch plates re-engage and the power from the engine is once
again transmitted to the transmission and then to the wheels.
The clutch also allows the rider to start the engine from a stop. By holding in the clutch
lever, the rider can engage the transmission in gear, and then release the clutch lever to start the
engine moving. The clutch is a critical component of a two-wheeler because it allows the rider to
change gears smoothly, without damaging the transmission, and to start the engine from a stop.

By increase the flow rate of lubricant and reduce the temperature of
the friction plates .
How can do this …?
Make a Drill holes on four sides of the Clutch Hub and increase the flow
rate of lubricant this is one of the reason to increasing life span of
clutch plates

10. We could analysis after implement of inner hub holes still the
lubrication passes smoothly all side of clutch plates here we
increase the life of friction plates by 500 miles .!
