Holiday Cooking with Vitality Essential Oils from Young Living

3. Of course all your meat lovers have to have turkey for their holidays. Oregano, Thyme, Lemon and Black Pepper Vitality oils are the perfect complement for your
favorite basting recipes.

4. Kick up the ham honey glaze with a little clove, cinnamon and orange vitality. A little sweet/a little citrus/a little spicy.

5. You can never have too much gravy. Use the above recipe or use a little sage, thyme and black pepper vitality oils to your favorite homemade family gravy for a
new twist.

6. There’s cornbread dressing and then there’s southern cornbread dressing. Adding a little more sage, thyme and black pepper will have your guests wanting
seconds.

8. Lemon and Cinnamon Vitality are great additions to this sweet potato casserole. But for me - I would still want the marshmallow topping haha

9. Give those oh so blah green beens with a little extra flavor with Lemon butter using lemon vitality oil. Great taste with no acidity.
