2. This is the continuing Star Wars saga 30 years after where Return of the Jedi left off.
Although it is focus on a new generation of heroes, the old favorites are still active in this
saga. This sequel revolves around the story of Luke Skywalker joining forces with
friends to fight the remnants of the Galactic Empire and a new threat. His adventures
also include an attempt to rescue Princess Leia from the evil Darth Vader.
This is supposed to be the first of the new generation trilogy of the new series with the
directors already working on Episodes 8 and 9. And the fans are excited in their
anticipation of this soon to be released movie.
