1. RANGUR SUGAR MILLS LTD

2.  RSM is one of the largest sugar Mills on
northern part of the country situated in the
district of Gaibandha. It established at 1965
under EPIDC. After liberation war in 1972 as
per PO-27 government nationalized this
concern. After ward this concern serve the
country as largest sugar producing unit to
control the price of sugar all around the
country. It contributes socio-economic
environment of the region like education,
infra-structure development & economic
situation.

3.  Its mission is to serve the nation as
controlling unit to control sugar prices &
producing natural sugar which good for
health. As well as it build strong scio-
economic environments to the people of the
region

4.  Its vision to establish as unique brand of
sugar as well as build new product line like
Honey, Mustard oil, Fish Feed, Wax, Natural
Fish, Lemon juice and others

5.  This Mills have a commercial Firm
 Firms area 1842 acres
 Dhaka to Dinazpur Highway Divided Farm into
two parts.
 30000 lemon plants planted in the farm
 Take a project on mustard oil and AP Culture
 26 ponds are ready for fish culture
 Mangoes and liches plants planted
 Mechanized cultivation are on going
 Unused land in mill area planted different
plants

6.  Fish culture
26 ponds are ready for fish culture.RSM take
initiative to fish culture in organic manner.
Its meet the protein demand for country. Its
have wide range of productions of fish.
Approximately more 2 cores taka net profit
from that venture. In following graph chart it
explained net profit generation over 5 years
