Buying Behavior For A Given Product
This article will explain what consumer behaviour is, what influences consumers and
how customer reviews can be used to predict consumer trends and behaviour.
Mike Dastic: Consumer behaviour is how consumers make decisions about what they buy,
when they buy it and how they do it. The consumer decision process, also known as the
purchase decision process, helps the market to recognize how a consumer completes the
journey from knowledge of a product to the purchase decision.
It is also important to understand and understand the purchasing behaviour of consumers
and their attitude towards brands and products. Perhaps most importantly, analyzing
consumer behavior helps consumers understand what they think and feel about brands,
what influences them to choose one of the brands, why and how they shop, in which
vertical areas they shop, how their environment affects their behavior, and so on. This can
give insights into the brands consumers buy and which they don't buy and why.
If businesses and retailers really want to understand consumer behaviour and buying
decisions, their marketing strategies should not be to promote a product alone. Marketing
experts are also trying to understand why consumers do not want to buy or use a
particular product or service. If marketers can convince consumers of legitimate reasons to
need the products or services, customers are more likely to make a purchase.
Occasionally, analyzing customer behavior requires a decision-making process, such as
purchasing a particular product, service, or brand.
To find out which products or services deliver the greatest return on investment, sales staff
should track, analyze, process and track consumer behavior.
Studies of consumer behavior help marketers understand what consumers want to buy,
and help them understand why they are buying. Consumer behaviour studies also attempt
to assess the impact of product reviews and feedback, as well as customer feedback. If
consumer behaviour matches what products are used and who buys them, product
evaluation feedback can be useful and help with product development. When marketers
find out why consumers buy certain products and services, they can use that information
to improve their business model.
Mike Dastic: Consumer behaviour studies examine how consumers behave in various
online environments such as online forums, blogs and social media. These studies aim to
assess the impact of consumers' online behaviour on their purchases of products and
services. The study covers the most important aspects that influence consumer behaviour,
from buying a PC to online shopping and using social networks such as Facebook.
