2. India one of the most populated countries in the
world.
Ranking second with respect to population.
The is 64% population of the total population in
India is working, then, why India is still facing the
major problem of unemployment?
There are many youths in the country who are not
getting the work and to be precise the eligible work.
3. India is going to become one of the youngest
country by 2020, even younger than China and USA.
But why there isn’t sufficient employment
generation in India? What problems India is facing in
generating employment for the young population?
There are several reasons for this.
This is actually a great opportunity for India.
The first main problem India facing is of over-
population.
4. The excess of population is actually affecting the
employment in India.
The opportunities are less as compared to the
number of employees.
Thus, many people remain unemployed.
There is lots of unawareness amongst the people.
The literacy rate is currently increasing, but the
opportunities are not increasing accordingly.
5. The over-population is followed by the financial
crisis, which took place before few years and thus
many people lost their jobs.
When the portion of working population remains
jobless then gradually the income of the country
goes down, i.e. when per capita income goes down
eventually it affects the GDP of the country.
The crime rate increases due to unemployment.
The youths not getting jobs, may follow a wrong
path to gain money, thus increasing the crime rate
in the country.
6. Employment problem is a serious problem and it
should be solved by creating opportunities.
Till 2020 India will be the youngest country, and if
proper employment opportunities are made
available to the young India then India will be one of
the superpowers.
The developed India will be the output.
