built, advanced content security platform that empowers you
with great value for money, world-class features and

BUSINESS NEEDS
This project was funded under PPP between MeitY and
ByDesign India. As per the contract a complete customer
relationship and engagement web application was required
to help ByDesign India and their clients to have a smooth and
seamless communication.
• Drive use of web instead of call centers
• Reduce contact with call centers
• Simplify customers' ability to communicate
• Provide a high quality experience for customers through a
user-friendly portal
SOLUTION
• As part of roadmap evolution, we conducted workshops
with stakeholders to generate ideas and prioritize them
depending on complexity and value.
• The first phase of implementation included basic
functionalities to establish a web presence, allowing
customers to sign-up and register customer feedback
through the website, and view their account details. The
application was designed to provide a near real-time access
to the customer information system data.
• As part of future enhancements, we enabled multiple
functionalities and features like account dashboard, raise
tickets, etc.

elements in their web interface. In addition to that, another
challenge in this project was in offering a good digital
experience to site viewers.

range of devices (from desktop computer monitors, tablets
to mobile phones)
• A streamlined user experience. Presentation of all content
is customized, and device-specific features.
• Flexible orientation and load time is reduced and

in this project was in offering a good digital experience to site

challenge in this project was to generate buzz about the
product in the target market.

good representative to a solid brand Mahindra Comviva
already had, nor was it informative to its viewers
