About Lydia’s corporate and leadership background spans a successful thirty-year career in national and international marketing and sales with AT&TGlobal Services and Xerox Corporation. . She provided strategic leadership while serving as a Board Member for Caring People Alliance (A United Way and Girls & Boys Club Affiliate) and AT&T Alliance for Black Telecommunications Employees. Lydia received the Cecil B. Moore Award for Outstanding Leadership upon completion of The Urban League Executive Leadership Institute in Philadelphia.
