Diversity Director & Project Superintendent - Gaillard Performance Arts Center (in association with Skanska/Trident) (2012 – Present) Directed the execution of the MWBE plan and LEED initiative for this $140M World Class LEED Certified Facility. Resulted in successfully meeting the companies 30% minority participation objective and meeting the criteria for a LEED certified facility.  Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives for 100+ employees including recruiting, screening and hiring, training and onboarding. Senior Project Manager (2011 – 2012)  Managed and supervised the removal of three inactive Underground Storage fuel tanks (UST) and completion of the UST Closure assessment reports at the Joint Base Charleston- Naval Weapon Station in Goose Creek, SC.  Led the building of 3100 square footage of tenant space for Bikram Yoga Studio including complete demolition and total tenant up-fit. Project cost was $327,259 and was successfully completed in 14 weeks in Hilton Head, SC.
