3. Completeness
 The message should be
complete, and contain all
the information needed
by the reciever.
 Incomplete information
can lead to inappropriate
concequences.

5. Concreteness
 Use specific words, rather
than general.
 Keep it Simple.

6. e.g:
'Give this file to the Manager'
'Give this file to the Accounts
Manager.'

7. Consideration
 To be sincere,
 Unbiased
 To respect other's values &
opinions.
 Putting your feet in someone
else's shoes.

8. When you are not considerate...

9. Clarity
 Message should not be ambigued.
 Use exact and concrete words.
 Clearity makes understanding
easier.

10. Courtesy
 To give respect.
 Using kind words like;
Sorry, Thankyou, Good Morning.

11. Or atleast Smile

12. Conciseness
 Give your message using least possible
words.
 Avoid repeatition of words.
 It highlights the main message & helps
save time & cost.

13. If you put extra and irrelevant words, people
might get bored.

14. Correctness  Proper usage of grammer,
 Facts and figures .

15. Commas save lives

16. Seven C's,

 Help your message be conveyed properly.
 Can help you have good relationships with
people.
 Eliminates uncertainity.
