Historic Restoration, Mixed Use
Gut and restoration/re-adaptation. Restore 25
keys to suite-style extended-stay rooms, add
ground level “high street” retail boutique. Complete
restoration of historic facade as part of the Miami
Beach Historic Art Deco District criteria.

15. The Vagabond Motel
Miami, FL
Historic Restoration
Complete gut and restoration. 48 Rooms, central
courtyard with olympic size pool and historic
mosaics, restaurant, Future night club in below-
ground location excavated and finished. 60 seat
restaurant and bar, nationally registered historic
project in Miami’s MiMo District.

As president of Critical Path Services, Inc., Craig is
applying decades of experience in the South Florida
construction market to meet the needs of our clients.
Whether it is public or private sector, negotiated or bid
contracts Critical Path has the understanding and ability
to put our clients’ preferences first.
Experience
Since 1999, Craig has been the President of Critical Path,
a full service general contracting and construction man-
agement firm. The firm specializes in hotels, commercial,
residential and historic restoration.
Craig worked his way up in the industry from chief broom
pusher to owner of Critical Path Construction, a leading
boutique construction firm in the market.

Critical Path Construction has been in business for over 20 years in South Florida. We offer a full range of construction

through project completion and final punch list. Critical Path Construction has a selective management team that are
dedicated and knowledgeable with a hands on approach to each project. Our team is highly motivated and committed
to the highest standards to ensure that each project is completed to the highest level with the utmost care, delivering a
finished project efficiently, on time and within projected cost. All of our projects have personal supervision by our close-
knit staff. Our clients are given excellent customer service by a highly skilled and trained team.
