This is the presentation my group did for our computer science enhancement day. My group, group 5, did ours about Gaming PC for a young adult male.

1. GAMING PC FOR A YOUNG ADULT

2. WHAT IS A GAMING PC
 a gaming computer is also known as
gaming rig . A gaming pc normally has
components such as a high-end fast CPU
and one or more video cards.
 This will benefit the user by less lag time
there is between the gamer's input and the
time his action is transferred to the
character or weapon on the screen.

3. ESSENTIAL COMPONENTS
Monitor
-Keyboard & Mouse
-Speakers
-Case (something with at least 3 fans and good
airflow)
-Processor (something Quad-core)
-Motherboard
-RAM (Power supply
-Hard Drive
-Graphics card Operating system
-DVD drive
-CPU Cooler)

4.  Hard drive: stores digital information, also
contain all of a computer's operating data.
If you have more memory on your hard
drive your computer can run faster and
store more games
 CPU:The control unit of the CPU system is
to carry out, or execute, stored program
instructions. It stands for the central
processing unit . The most common way of
improving CPU speed is through
overclocking.

5.  Motherboards-
 control everything in the computer.
 Fan and heat sink -
 . The is a heat sink conducts the heat away out of
the computer. The fan is situated on top of this
which fans away the hot air from the heat
conducted from the metal heat sink .
Gamers would need a bigger fan and heat sink, as
there would be more calculations having to be made
by the computer so it would get hotter faster

6. HOW MUCH IS A GAMING COMPUTER
 A good gaming computer can cost up to
$1000-$1500

7. OPTIONAL PERIPHERALS
You can also get
 Gaming keyboard-£10-40
 Gaming mouse-£10
 headset–normally cost about £30-40

8. HOW LONG WILL A GAMING COMPUTER LAST
FOR
 Most gaming computers last for about 2-3
years however if you update it every year it
could last up to 3-4 years.
