important, and
useful especially
when focusing on a
group or persona.

for grouping
people and

19. But people like don’t always like to be grouped.
And many belong to more than one group.

mental models.
Conceptual
models become
defacto reality.
Both can be
difficult to shift.

Bentham’s Panopticon is now norm.

started as a single eye
and evolved into a
network of eyes
overseen by an all-
seeing, all-knowing eye.
