I was born in Jamaica and raised around self starters and every day people hustling and working multiple jobs to make ends meet. People who, frankly, didn't get the recognition they deserved because they didn't have the support or resources needed to make it big. I saw artists, chefs, fixers, shopkeepers, engineers etc. with nothing but passion fueling the pursuit of their dreams, even when the reward was not grand.
