Acquisition/Recruiter position. I was Jaclyn’s Manager from September 2015 to July 2016.
Jaclyn was a Recruiter at HR Pals where she was responsible for sourcing and phone screening
candidates for many of our clients. I was impressed by Jaclyn’s good work ethic and willingness
to go above and beyond to get the job done. Jaclyn joined HR Pals with zero recruiting experience
and she was able to quickly learn and fill positions for our clients. She had a goal of 10 candidate
submissions a month and consistently exceeded that. Jaclyn’s turnaround time is also something
worth mentioning, she filled two A/P positions within a week of being assigned the role.
