Owner's objective was to merge four (4) separate golf courses into a single residential club within this
6,000 acre gated community, while strengthening the bond between the developer, residents and its new
management company. Successful. Reduced six-figure operating loss by more than 50%. I was nominated by

COO when Club Members purchased and transitioned this unique Community, managing under the
ClubCorp banner. As GM and President, I was responsible for redefining strategy and club operations for
this now member-owned community. My purview included an airstrip, deep-water marina, waste-treatment,
golf, tennis, condo and home rentals, hotel management and sitting on the Master POA. I lead the businesses
through an evolutionary period for the Club, its Membership and the entire Community. In July 1994, the
newly-appointed Board of Directors elected to terminate the ClubCorp management agreement with and my
loyalties had to remain with ClubCorp.

Provided more than twenty (20) independent clients with corporate-level consulting services, as prelude to
long-term management agreement. Serviced US and international clubs and developers.

Managed two 18-hole golf courses, deep-channel marina, world-class tennis facilities (Roy Emerson as Pro),
27,000 sf full-service Spa operation, and fine or casual dining. Had daily working relationship with marketing,
sales functions and condo associations.
