- training needs.
We went home with:
- work group for Recruitment Manual;
- action plan for Training;
- induction training for the new members.

8. Day two – Sales and Leadership

- ways to identify partners;
- the need to grow;
- the need for unity.
We went home with:
- tools for finding and gaining partners;
- a vision of the Federation for the next 5 yrs;
- tools for growing healty organisations.

- International JCI Conference Rio de Janeiro;
- Launch of the new site jci.cc.
We have voted for:
- New names for the geographic Areas;
- General alingments of the LOM’s;
- Reassignment of Brașov and Buzău to other
