This document announces an international conference that will bring together researchers to discuss their recent findings regarding archaeological and architectural investigations in ancient Akragas, modern-day Agrigento in Sicily. The conference will focus on general perspectives on investigations and pay special attention to three key research areas currently being pursued: the Olympieion, the sanctuary of the Chthonic Divinities, and the extra-urban site of S. Anna. It provides the conference schedule, listing speakers and topics to be covered each day.
