4. 1 Create a matrix with your buyer personas on
one axis and the three stages of the Buyer's
Journey along the other. By mapping out your
content assets in this way, you’ll easily see
where you have gaps in your content strategy,
and create more to fill in those areas.

7. 4 When creating landing pages, give visitors
the information they need, and nothing
more. If you can't say it in 3-5 sentences, try
a relevant image, animation or short video
to promote an offer on a landing page.

ignore. Delight is about helping people solve their
